Well it was a surprise. We hadn&#39;t planned on Thai but walking by the smell grabbed us and a local said it was good. So we tried the curry (Masaman is what I asked for and got even though not on the menu) and Pad Thai. Both excellent. Spring rolls sell out early. friendly owners. super fresh. what&#39;s not to like?

Thai food is undoubtedly one of God&#39;s Gifts to humanity and to find it in the beautiful setting of Valdez Alaska is a bonus of monumental proportions. Aunty Yum Yum&#39;s very well presented mobile food bus , centrally located at the Valdez Marina, was an enjoyable treat eating really good Thai Green Curry with some excellent Thai Spring Rolls while sitting at the Alfresco tables beside the bus and absorbing the beauty of the Valdez scenery. I heartily recommend Aunty Yum Yum&#39;s Thai Food Bus as good quality and value for money.

We were unsure if buying food from a trailer was a good idea but gave it a shot since there are limited choices in Valdez. So happy that we took the chance! The Pad Thai was out of this world! The woman that owns it is a trained chef and knows her stuff. You have the option of take-out or you can enjoy your meal at the outdoor picnic tables and be up close to the docks and fabulous views. She will adjust your spices if you ask. There is also free bottled water with purchase which is fabulous. She also offers Thai iced tea. So, when in Valdez, don&#39;t miss this treasure. Reasonable prices, friendly service and awesome food!

Aunty Yum Yum makes the most incredible Yellow Curry with Chicken!!! We are locals and we eat here all the time. One of the best places to eat in town. Right across from the small boat harbor.
